• Confirm your information is correct on the first page, then click the “STEP 1: Terms and Conditions” button.
• Read the policies and select “I agree with terms and conditions of this event,” then click the “STEP 2: Select Package” button.

Package Options

Commuters Need to Skip down to the instructions following the Resident Housing Instructions

All Resident Housing Packages (Athletes and Spectators)

• From the dropdown menu, select Housing Package
• Select Value Resort or Moderate Resort and your dates
• Select “STEP 3: Attendee List”
  
  

• Scroll through the athletes and select the athletes staying in the room with you. Once everyone is selected, click add to room and create a new room:
  
  

• Scroll down, double check the dates next to each person, select, “Save Changes”, then “STEP 4: Add-ons”
• This is the step where you can add extra Disney Park Hopper days. Select the box next to the person/people you’d like to have extra days on their Park Hopper, then click the “+ add-ons” button and select the number of days you wish to add. Then select “STEP 5: Select Performances.”
• Select which performances you are planning to attend and “STEP 6: Review and Submit”
• You are Done!!! Submit your registration!

Athlete Commuter Packages (Athletes Only, Not Family Members)

• From the dropdown menu, select Commuter Package then select “STEP 3: Attendee List”
• Scroll through the athletes and select the athletes you are responsible for, once everyone is selected, click add as commuter:
  
  

• Scroll to the bottom and select, “Save Changes”, then “STEP 4: Add-ons”
• This is the step where you can add extra Disney Park Hopper days. Select the box next to the person/people you’d like to have extra days on their Park Hopper, then click the “+ add-ons” button and select the number of days you wish to add. Then select “STEP 5: Select Performances.”
• Select which performances you are planning to attend and “STEP 6: Review and Submit”
• You are Done!!! Submit your registration!

Discounted Tickets for Family, Friends and anyone attending but NOT COMPETING at the USASF Worlds

• Scroll Down and Select "Purchase Discounted Tickets Now"
• Enter our customer number: 35863200 and select your pickup location “Varsity Tent at Hotel”
  

• Read the policies and select “I agree with terms and conditions of this event,” then click the “STEP 2: Select Package” button.
• Choose the quantity of the amount of day Parkhopper you want then click “STEP 3: Assign Names”
• Enter the First and Last Name for each ticket selected, then “STEP 4: Checkout”
• Enter your information then select, “STEP 5: Review Order”
• Review to make sure all information is entered correctly, then select, “STEP 6: Payment”
• Enter your billing information
  PLEASE NOTE: payment is due at the time you reserve the tickets, not at pickup. Your card will be charge immediately.
• Select “STEP 7, Confirmation”
• You are Done!!!
