STREAMING
ATHLETE MEET SPOT/ ENTRANCE
ATHLETES MUST BE 100% READY AT THE MEET TIME!!!
We will meet athletes by the globe out front of the ESPN Wide World of Sports Entrance. Athletes CANNOT be late for the meet time. The place we are meeting outside of ESPN is a walk to the building where we compete. If the team gets separated it is very difficult to find each other in this situation. We ask that parents plan to arrive 15-20 minutes early to allow for traffic on the way to the venue. Anyone arriving early can remain in their air conditioned cars as we know it is going to be hot.
Spectator Entrance
- Arena
- The fan viewing entrance is on the lower level OUTSIDE the venue under the grand staircase facing the bus drop off and pick up location.
- Field House
- The fan viewing entrance is on the lower level OUTSIDE the venue next to the food and beverage tent.
- Athletic Center
- The fan viewing entrance is on the lower level near the food and beverage area.
EVENT CONCESSIONS & MERCHANDISE
- Concessions will be available inside competition venues
- No outside food or drink will be allowed in the venue.
- Exception: Athlete water bottles.
- Food Trucks will be available outside of ESPN and at the Family Zone.
ADVANCEMENT AND AWARDS
- Semi - Finals
- Top 10 will advance is all Senior Division
- Top 3 per country will advance in all International
- Awards
- All Awards will be held in Arena West Yellow
