    • No Cash Sales will be available on-site.
    • Military ID is required for each military ticket purchased and must be presented on-site to receive wristband for entry.
    • Bring your ticket(s) to the on-site box office location to be scanned and receive your wristband
    • All persons must be present at pick-up to receive a wristband
    • No refunds will be granted after doors open at the start of the event.

ATHLETE MEET SPOT/ ENTRANCE

ATHLETES MUST BE 100% READY AT THE MEET TIME!!!  

We will be meeting athletes at the lower level of the Convention Center in Room 121.This can be accessed by using the main escalators. This room is considered "Climb Camp" and shared with other programs. No Parents will be allowed in this room and Athletes need to arrive 100% ready.

EVENT CONCESSIONS & MERCHANDISE 

• Concessions will be available
• No outside food or drink will be allowed in the venue.
  • Exception: Athlete water bottles.
• Event merchandise will available in via Varsity Spirit Shop
